requests for our Urological products are met on a timely basis. At the same time, we
will strive to protect the health and safety of our employees during this time.

We want to insure you that we have sufficient inventory of all products with
additional shipments arriving soon. We will staff our offices and distribution center
with required staff to maintain our high level of service. Knowing our distribution
operation is dependent on the level of service available from our shipping partners,
we will notify you if there are delays beyond our normal shipping and delivery times.

In the event that our inventory levels drop to the extent that we cannot fulfill a
complete order, we will allocate product quantities on a fair and equal basis.
